The excel rim turned up in great condition and I was very happy with the result, the customer service was amazing and Sam Archer emailed me to notify me that I may have ordered the wrong rim to suit the spokes I had ordered, he took the time to rectify the situation by performing another search to find the most suitable rim for my dirtbike that would match up with the spokes ordered. He was very professional and I did not feel judged for making the wrong decision at the start of the process, not only that, Sam was able to refer me to an anodising business in Tokoroa in which they are currently working on to get a gold colour match to my front rim . The high degree of customer service I received from your staff dealing with this purchase is the benchmark for any trades I may make in the future and I'm looking forward to dealing with Dr Moto if I need anything else in the future.
